What is the cost of delivery?
Orders over 30.00 € (or corresponding to your selected currency) are shipped free of charge for European countries. Outside of Europe, shipping is free for orders over 50.00€ (or corresponding to your selected currency)!
For smaller orders, shipping charges apply differently, as following:
Spain - 4.00 €
Europe - 5.00 €
Outside Europe - 6.00 €
What size ring do I need?
Majority of Belles Curiosités rings are adjustable (this will be stated within the product description), however we also offer sized rings. All about different sizes or how to find your ring size, please visit Ring Size Chart page on our website.
How do I know when my order has been received?
An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed.
How and when will my purchases be delivered?
All orders are shipped within 1 business day upon receiving the order and clearing the payment. We offer only standard delivery in this moment. Time of delivery differs depending on your location as following:
Canary Islands - 24-48 hours
Spain (peninsula) - 2-4 business days
European Union - 5-8 business days
Europe outside EU - 6-9 business days
Outside Europe - 7-10 business days
We also offer pickup in the store option.
I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Current circumstances due to the pandemic may cause delay for your order. This is a worldwide problem and affects all people, areas and businesses. From Belles Curiosités we will do everything possible so that your order reaches its destination as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to show patience and understanding in a case of delay.
Moreover, during holiday seasons, there is a possibility of delay of orders due to much higher traffic and vastly increase number of deliveries that couriers are facing with. We advise you to take that into consideration and place your order ahead of a time.

We do NOT issue a refund. In case you would like to return a product for one of the reasons stated in our Return Policy, we can issue you a voucher in purchasing price of the item(s) which you can redeem at your next purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days upon the delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return option.

If an item is sold out, does that mean it won’t be available again?
That depends on an item. Some items are part of our permanent collections and will be repeated, some items are one of a kind and won't be repeated at all, whereas some items are uniquely made will be repeated but not exactly as shown on the picture due to handmade work and nature of materials used such as natural stones and similar. Nevertheless, please ask us about particular item via Messenger icon or email us at email@example.com.
Can I add a message?
Yes, you can add both a gift message and a delivery note at the checkout. In your cart you can check the box below selected items that says "For 0,00€ please include a gift message with this order." and you'll be added automatically Gift message to your cart. Then, you can click on it to choose the prefered design. In a blank space below "Gift message (free and optional)" you can write a text you want to be included in the gift message.
For adding a note to your order there is a blank space in your cart below selected articles where you can write it.
How will my order be packaged?
All jewellery will be beautifully wrapped in a jewellery box(es) with decorative ribbons and perfumed silk paper. There is no extra charge for this.
In a case you ordered more jewellery pieces and you wish them to be placed in more jewellery boxes, please specify that in a blank space below "Add note to your order" on the page Your cart.
How do I look after my jewellery?

How do I unsubscribe myself from receiving the newsletter?
There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every newsletter we send you. You are welcome to subscribe to the newsletter again at any time.
